HAMAZUSHI Special Dashi Soy Sauce is a Japanese-style seasoned soy sauce featuring a rich combination of bonito and kombu dashi extracts for a balanced, savory umami flavor.
Made with Japanese soy sauce, mirin, bonito extract, and kombu extract, this special condiment combines the depth of traditional soy sauce with the natural savory characteristics of fish and seaweed-based dashi.
Associated with HAMAZUSHI, the popular Japanese conveyor-belt sushi restaurant chain, this versatile soy sauce is particularly suitable for sushi and sashimi. Its balanced seasoning also makes it an excellent accompaniment to rice bowls, noodles, tofu, and other Japanese dishes.
