1. Products & Authenticity
Every product is sourced and shipped directly from Japan through verified suppliers. We don’t use third-party resellers or regional stockpiles, so you always receive genuine Japanese goods.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to all countries across Southeast Asia. Our coverage may expand or change over time, and you’ll see available destinations at checkout.
Orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days after being processed by our Japanese counterpart. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves Japan to monitor its journey.
No extra fees or surprises. All customs, import duties, and clearance fees (if any) are handled upfront so your delivery arrives smoothly.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel ships from Japan. You can also log in to your Nihonhaus account anytime to check your order status.
3. Orders & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, don’t worry—we’ll make it right! Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
