NIHON SHOKKEN Yakiniku Sauce Kyūden Series is a richly flavored Japanese yakiniku (grilled meat) sauce crafted to enhance the natural taste of meats. It is made with a blend of six types of fruit juices to provide natural sweetness and two kinds of Korean-style fermented pastes ("jang") to add depth and umami aroma.
Available in Medium Spicy (中辛) and Mild (甘口) varieties, this sauce is suitable for a wide range of dishes, from classic yakiniku to everyday stir-fries and marinades. It is designed for both home cooking and casual grilling.
