Kuzefuku Kombu Dashi is a premium Japanese soup stock made from carefully selected, domestically sourced ingredients. The base uses Hidaka kombu harvested from the seas of Hokkaido, known for its rich and concentrated umami. This kombu is blended with multiple dried fish ingredients, including mackerel, sardines, bonito flakes, smoked katsuobushi, and grilled flying fish (yaki ago), creating a well-balanced and deeply flavorful dashi. It is suitable for preparing traditional Japanese dishes such as udon, soba, and chawanmushi, enhancing them with a full-bodied, authentic taste.

Product Use
• Add 1 dashi pack to 400 cc (approximately 2 cups) of water
• Bring the water to a boil
• Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3–5 minutes
• Remove the dashi pack before use
• Adjust water quantity and simmering time according to taste and dish requirements

• Contains fish and soybean-derived ingredients
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity
• After opening, keep unused packs sealed and consume promptly
