ISHIMARU Semi-Fresh Sanuki Udon Noodles with Soy Sauce brings together the noodle-making expertise of Ishimaru Seimen, a long-established Sanuki udon producer, with the renowned soy sauce craftsmanship of Kamada Soy Sauce. The semi-fresh udon is carefully knife-cut into a relatively thin style, delivering the satisfying firmness and smooth texture characteristic of authentic Sanuki udon.
Each serving is paired with Kamada's specially prepared bukkake udon soy sauce, formulated to complement the natural wheat aroma, flavour, and texture of the noodles. The simple preparation allows the quality of the udon to take centre stage, making it easy to enjoy a premium Kagawa-style udon experience at home.
 
Product Use
Boiling Time: Approximately 7 Minutes
1.    Bring a generous amount of water to a rolling boil in a large pot. 
2.    Add the semi-fresh udon noodles and gently loosen them to prevent sticking. 
3.    Boil for approximately 7 minutes, or adjust slightly according to your preferred firmness. 
4.    Drain the noodles thoroughly. 
5.    For cold udon, rinse well under cold running water and drain before serving. 
6.    Place the noodles in a serving bowl and add the included Kamada bukkake udon soy sauce. 
7.    Add your preferred toppings and enjoy.
