Product Use
1. Remove the sheet from the bag and apply directly to dry skin on the affected area.
o Ensure sweat or moisture is wiped away before applying.
2. After the warming effect ends, slowly peel off from the edges.
o Remove promptly once heating finishes to avoid redness caused by friction or trapped moisture.
Precautions
Do NOT use if:
• You experience eczema or hives triggered by heat
• You have reduced heat sensitivity or are sensitive to temperature changes
• You are prone to skin irritation (rashes, inflammation)
• You cannot remove the sheet by yourself immediately
Do NOT apply on:
• Inflamed areas such as swelling from bruises or sprains
