Product Use
• Always wear over underwear.
Do not apply directly to the skin.
1. Peel off the release paper.
2. While wearing underwear, attach the sheet to the inner surface of the underwear, positioning it over the stomach or lower back.
Usage Tips
• Fit underwear snugly against the body so the entire sheet remains in contact.
• Do not use on delicate fabrics (e.g., silk, lace), as the adhesive may damage them.
• Some materials (nylon, polyurethane, lace) may not adhere well.
• When raising or lowering underwear (e.g., using the toilet), take care to prevent the sheet from falling off.
Precautions
Do NOT use if:
• You experience eczema or hives due to heat
• You have reduced heat sensitivity or are sensitive to temperature
