At the heart of this dashi are meticulously prepared bonito flakes, complemented by Hidaka kelp, mackerel flakes, Setouchi dried sardines, and grilled flying fish. The bonito undergoes a traditional Yaizu-style preparation process, including simmering, three days of roasting, and slow smoking in a multi-layer rapid-drying chamber using firewood. The result is richly aromatic arabushi that delivers exceptional depth of flavour.

Product Use
• Bring the required amount of water to a boil.
• Add 1 dashi packet to approximately 400-500 mL of water.
• Simmer for 3-5 minutes to extract the full flavour.
