• Water temperature: 80–90°C
• Water amount: 60–70 ml
• Matcha amount: 2 g (approx. 1 teaspoon or 2 heaping chashaku scoops)

Usage
1. Sift matcha for a smoother, creamier finish.
2. Add 2 g of matcha to a bowl.
