Usage Instructions
For Usucha (thin tea):
1. Sift 1-2 scoops of matcha (approx. 2 g).
2. Add 70-80 ml of water at 70-80°C.
3. Whisk using a chasen until smooth and frothy.
For Lattes:
• Mix 2 g matcha with 20 ml warm water, whisk, then add 150-200 ml milk (hot or iced).
For Pastry / Dessert:
• Add directly into batter, dough, cream, or filling for aroma, color, and depth.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, light, and humidity.
• Seal tightly after opening.
• Consume soon after opening for the best flavor and freshness.
