Ingredients:
• 2 cubes S&B Mild Curry Roux
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2-3 medium potatoes, cubed
• 2-3 carrots, chopped
• 500 g chicken, beef, tofu, or vegetables
• 500 ml water
• 1-2 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger (optional).
2. Add meat or vegetables and lightly brown.
3. Add potatoes and carrots; mix well.
4. Pour in water and simmer 20-30 minutes.
5. Add curry roux cubes and stir to dissolve.
