Usage Instructions
For Tea:
1. Place one sachet (2 g) into a cup.
2. Add approximately 100-150 ml of hot water.
3. Stir lightly and enjoy the aromatic blend of plum, kelp, and shichimi.
For Ochazuke / Cooking:
• Sprinkle over rice and pour hot water for ume-chazuke.
• Mix into onigiri for added flavour.
• Use in soups or pasta for a subtle plum-kelp-shichimi kick.
