Each box contains 6 individually portioned 8 g packets, making it quick and easy to prepare authentic-style udon broth whenever needed. The gentle kombu umami and soy sauce flavour pair beautifully with udon noodles and a variety of toppings such as green onions, kamaboko, tempura, vegetables, or meat.
Product Use
• Empty 1 packet (8 g) into a bowl or suitable container.
• Add the recommended amount of hot water according to the preparation instructions on the product packaging.
• Stir thoroughly until the powder has completely dissolved.
• Add freshly cooked udon noodles.
