Product Use
• Remove the heat pack from the outer pouch immediately before use.
• Peel off the paper backing.
• Apply the adhesive side to clothing only (do not apply directly to skin).
• Use once only and dispose of after heat generation ends.
• Recommended for adults. Children should use under adult supervision.
