KUZEFUKU Four-Mushroom Rice Seasoning is a premium Japanese mixed rice seasoning made with four carefully selected domestic mushrooms: king trumpet mushrooms (eringi), dried shiitake, enoki, and buna shimeji. Designed to be mixed directly into freshly cooked rice, it delivers a refined, umami-rich flavor that highlights the natural taste and aroma of mushrooms.
Unlike many mushroom products made with boiled or salted mushrooms, this seasoning uses fresh domestic mushrooms to preserve their authentic texture and savory character. Enhanced with dried shiitake and shiitake broth, it creates a comforting and traditional Japanese rice dish with minimal preparation.

Product Use
• Mix one pouch (150 g) into approximately 2 cups of freshly cooked rice.
• Stir thoroughly and allow the rice to absorb the seasoning before serving.
