Product Use
1. Insert your toes into the tip and pull the fabric to the base of the toes.
2. Pull up to the ankle and adjust the heel to the correct position.
3. Place both thumbs inside the fabric and pull slowly and evenly upward, aligning the circular knit section to the knee.
o Due to strong compression support, pull up slowly with care.
4. While stretching gently to avoid wrinkles, continue pulling up to the thighs.
o To prevent tears or snags: smooth nails and heels before use, and remove rings or accessories.
o Do not pull upward in one go.
