Product Use
1. Insert your toes into the tip and pull the fabric up to the base of the toes.
2. Pull up to the ankle and adjust the heel position accurately.
3. Place both thumbs inside the fabric and pull slowly and evenly upward, aligning the circular knit area to the knee.
o Because of the strong compression support, pull up slowly with care.
4. While stretching gently to avoid wrinkles, continue pulling up to the thighs.
To prevent tears or snags:
• Smooth nails and heels before use
• Remove rings and accessories
• Do not pull upward in one motion
